Are bananas or blueberries better to manage blood pressure?

Registered dietitian Jaime Gnau offers insights.

If you are trying to manage your blood pressure, both bananas and blueberries are good choices.

They provide nutrients that support healthy blood pressure, including potassium, calcium and magnesium.

In a recent Verywell Health article, registered dietitian Jaime Gnau shares how potassium can support heart health and healthy blood pressure.

Gnau is also a clinical associate professor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
