Are kiwis or prunes better for your digestion?

Registered dietitian Natalie Allen offers insights.

Dietitians recommend 25-35 grams of fiber each day. When we lack fiber in our diets, it can lead to chronic constipation.

Kiwis and prunes can both help relieve constipation and support digestive health.

In a recent Verywell Health article, registered dietitian Natalie Allen shares the effects of both.

Allen is also a clinical associate professor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
