How cutting out added sugar affects your body

Registered dietitian Natalie Allen explains.

One thing your body could use less of is added sugar. How can you limit it and what happens to your body when you do so?

Registered dietitian Natalie Allen answers these questions in a Martha Stewart article. 

Allen is also a clinical associate professor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
