Are there real benefits to adding pumpkin to meals?

Its fiber promotes gut health and may lower inflammation, while potassium and vitamin C support muscle function and ease post-workout soreness.

Allen is also a clinical associate professor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
