Eating isn’t just about nutrition — it’s about listening to your body and breaking free from diet culture.  

In the Health with Jaime Gnau: Intuitive Eating podcast on The Michael Brian Show, registered dietitian Jamie Gnau shares how intuitive eating helps people reconnect with their bodies and make guilt-free food choices.  

“Intuitive eating empowers you to enjoy all foods while honoring your body’s needs,” Gnau said.
