We all know it’s not easy to maintain weight loss through dieting. That’s why, some people are turning to reverse dieting, frequently used in the bodybuilding world.

What is reverse dieting? How does it work? Is it safe? Can you shed pounds and keep them off?

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical assistant professor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, offers some insights and advice about reverse dieting to U.S. News Health.
