Can you maintain diet plans long term?

RD Natalie Allen weighs in.

There are many diet plans you can try today. But it’s tough to stick to one long term and if you don’t, it’s likely you’ll pack on the pounds you lost.

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, shares with Reader’s Digest why people often fail to maintain a diet plan, as well as which two diet plans are most sustainable in the long run.
