Pell-eligible scouts from eastern Missouri can build on MoState Access funds.
The collaboration will create more scholarships for students.
The money will help with “fringe costs” of education.
Institutions will work together to help students complete bachelor’s degrees.
Scholarships are for incoming students for the 2022-23 academic year.
