Here’s why and how to meal prep

To avoid eating out or opting for a frozen meal for dinner, try meal prepping. While it may seem time consuming in the beginning, meal prepping will yield pay-offs in the future.

Natalie Allen, a registered dietitian and clinical instructor of biomedical sciences at Missouri State University, offers a couple of meal prepping tips to Livestrong.
