In a recent Martha Stewart article, registered dietitian Dr. Daniela Novotny shares about fruits that are rich in antioxidants and how they protect the body and lower disease risk. They include blueberries, oranges and pomegranates.Β 

Novotny is also a senior instructor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.β€―β€―Β
