Registered dietitian Dr. Daniela Novotny shares how this fruit supports your health.

Cherries are small but they pack a powerful punch of flavor and nutrients. 

Registered dietitian Dr. Daniela Novotny explains in a recent Martha Stewart article how cherries can benefit sleep, digestion, heart health and more. She also highlights the role of fiber, vitamin C and antioxidants in overall health. 

Novotny is also a senior instructor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
