Which nuts are the best to eat?

Registered dietitian Daniela Novotny shares insights on several options.

Nuts are a popular and versatile snack, but some varieties top the list in terms of their health benefits. 

Registered dietitian Daniela Novotny highlights some of the best nuts to eat in a recent Martha Stewart article. They include almonds, macadamia and Brazil nuts and pistachios.

Novotny is also a senior instructor of nutrition and dietetics in the School of Health Sciences at Missouri State University.
