Psychologist discusses intersection of meditation, conscientiousness, religion, health

Yoga is said to be an exercise of the body, mind and soul. Psychologist Dr. Amber Abernathy is currently researching how meditation can raise conscientiousness – and how it can lead to improved health.

Faculty members receive grant to develop new curriculum
