The university will honor Dr. Richard B. Williams on Oct. 17.
Dr. Richard “Biff” Williams will take the helm of the university on July 1.
He will receive a 5% raise.
Ryan DeBoef has been at Missouri State for more than 11 years.
He will receive a 4% raise.
