Ad Team to compete for top campaign in AT&T Campus Challenge

AdTeam2013Missouri State University’s Ad Team has been named one of the top two schools in the AT&T Campus Challenge. They will compete for the winning strategic marketing campaign on May 28.

During the spring semester, Ad Team brought their TEXTulator Challenge to Missouri State’s campus, allowing students to compete in a game of Mario Kart, challenging participants to text while dodging flying shells and slippery bananas.

The 2013 Ad Team is advised by Dr. Melissa Burnett, professor of marketing, and includes the following students:

  • Jake Layton

College of Business
The College of Business is one of the largest business programs in the Midwest. The college includes four departments: computer information systems, finance and general business, management, marketing and the School of Accountancy in the business unit, as well as two separately-accredited departments: fashion and interior design, and technology and construction management. The COB, along with the School of Accountancy, hold the prestigious full accreditation by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
