The Missouri State University Foundation announced new gifts worth more than seven figures in a media event May 27.
The donations from alumni and friends go toward the Clifton M. Smart III University Advancement Center project on campus.
“May 27 marks just 100 days until we move into this transformational new space, and the excitement continues to build,” said Brent Dunn, Missouri State Foundation president and CEO.
“Reaching more than $10 million in private gifts for the center is a major milestone and a testament to the belief our donors have in this project and its impact.”
Combined with proceeds from the sale of the Kenneth E. Meyer Alumni Center in 2024 and additional foundation contributions, $20 million of this $26 million project has been made possible through private support.
