Improve your well-being with mindfulness

Take some time daily to practice it.

A recent Stress in America survey by the American Psychological Association finds that Americans have been more stressed out in the past year than in previous years. This has taken a toll on people’s physical and mental health.

One practice that can help people to manage their stress and improve their overall well-being is mindfulness.

Rhonda Lesley, the Counseling Center director at Missouri State University, shares about mindfulness and its positive effects.
