“Latinx Heritage Month is important here at Missouri State because we are a place that strives to support and celebrate the many different cultures on campus represented in our student body, staff and faculty,” said Dr. Rabekah Stewart, assistant vice president of student affairs.
“It is important for all of the university community to see themselves at Missouri State. These heritage months aim to build connection while broadly increasing cultural competence and awareness.”
