A banana is a cheap, tasty fruit and eating one a day can improve your health. But those who are allergic to ragweed should probably avoid this fruit.

Jill Trotman, a registered dietitian who works at Missouri State University’s Magers Health and Wellness Center, shares with The List why this is so.
