March 7, 2018 by Strategic Communication

The Missouri State University Model United Nations (UN) team received a total of six awards at the Midwest conference last month.

MSU represented the People’s Republic of China, portraying what Chinese diplomats would do in simulations of UN committee meetings.

“Missouri State prides itself on accurately representing the nation we are given,” senior Jaren Newman said. “We make the Model UN feel like the actual UN.”
