How to increase girls’ participation in engineering and robotics

Despite the growing importance of engineering and robotics in shaping our future, women remain significantly underrepresented in these fields. What can be done to inspire and increase the participation of young girls in engineering and robotics?

Dr. Theresa Odun-Ayo, director of the Missouri State University/Missouri S&T cooperative engineering program at the Missouri State campus, offers some insights to Authority Magazine.
