What health trends should you avoid?

RD Daniela Novotny weighs in.

There are many health and wellness trends, some of which are good for you, while others you’re better off skipping. Among the latter include drinking apple cider vinegar and doing detox diets.

Dr. Daniela Novotny, a registered dietitian and biomedical sciences instructor at Missouri State University, explains to Insider why these two trends aren’t that beneficial for your health.
