		<description><![CDATA[Late stage cancer patients experience a wide range of emotions, and those in search of a coping mechanism often turn to avoidance and distraction, according to Dr. Ann Rost, associate professor of psychology at Missouri State University. Rost, along with a team of researchers from three other universities, recently studied ovarian cancer patients’ reactions to a new psychological intervention, an acceptance and commitment therapy, and compared it to those who were in more traditional therapy.]]></description>

The Revised Child Anxiety and Depression Scale (RCADS) is a tool for diagnosing psychological problems in children, such as social phobias, depression and generalized anxiety.  ]]></description>
