Board of Governors elects new officers for 2014
The Board of Governors for Missouri State University elected new officers during its regular meeting today (Oct. 18). Beverly Miller, Lebanon, was elected chair. Stephen Hoven, St. Louis, was elected vice chair. Steve Foucart, chief financial officer; and John McAlear, staff emeritus, were elected Board treasurer and secretary, respectively.
Miller is the volunteer executive director of the Lebanon office of the American Red Cross.
Hoven is corporate vice president for public affairs for SSM Health Care.
The terms for the new officers will begin Jan. 1, 2014.About Missouri State University
