Missouri State MarooNation event comes to Rolla
The Missouri State University Alumni Association will host a MarooNation gathering for alumni and friends living in the greater Rolla area from 6-8 p.m. April 25 at Benton Square, 400 East 6th Street in Rolla.
The event will feature a buffet dinner and remarks from President Clif Smart. Art Hains, voice of the Missouri State Bears, will serve as emcee for the evening. Additionally, a programming highlight will be a conversational interview with Missouri State Athletics Director Kyle Moats and Bears Football Coach Terry Allen.
“It is exciting to know that we have many loyal alumni and friends living close by in Rolla and the surrounding area,” said Julie Ebersold, executive director of alumni relations. “Our goal is to connect fellow Bears to each other, and to keep everyone in touch with Missouri State.”
Each guest will receive a Missouri State memento and door prizes will be awarded. The cost for the buffet dinner is $5 per person, payable at the door or in advance with online registration.
