Professor receives grant for agriculture education and outreach study
Dr. Arbindra Rimal, professor of agriculture, received a grant of $10,928 from the United States Department of Agriculture for his Non-Land Grant Colleges of Agriculture (NLGCA) Capacity Building Planning research project.
The purpose of the grant project is to explore the possibilities of digital and distance education opportunities for agriculture students and meet the demands of the agribusiness sector in Missouri by facilitating an increasing number of qualified graduates of accredited baccalaureate programs in agriculture.
