Faculty receives continued funding for social work program

Monday, March 25, 2013

Dr. Susan Dollar, professor of social work, received a renewed grant of $72,872 from the United States Department of Health and Human services via the Missouri Department of Social Services for the Title IV-E Master of Social Work (MSW) program at Missouri State University.

“The Title IV-MSW program recruits full-time Children’s Division social workers to pursue the MSW degree program at Missouri State University,” said Dollar. “The program is aimed at improved service delivery to children in out-of-home care. Tuition and book stipends are provided through a competitive award process to students admitted to the MSW program.”
