Funding helps continue campus technology plan

Jeff Morrissey, chief information officer of Missouri State University, received a continuation grant of $500,000 from the U.S. Department of Education for the final year of “Missouri State University’s Unified Digital Campus (UDC) Development Plan.”

The U.S. Department of Education has funded the UDC Development plan since it began in 2008. The project is 100 percent federally funded. The funding, given in yearly increments of $500,000, totals $2.5 million.
